111年度男生宿舍暑假個人住宿候補申請公告(Waitlist Application for Vacant Beds in the 111th Summer Vacation)

一、暑假住宿候補申請時間：111 年 6 月 9 日（四）至 6月13日（一）早上9點前

1.Application period: From Jun 9^th (Thr.) to Jun 13^th 9a.m. (Mon.)

二、住宿申請方式：填寫線上申請表單https://forms.gle/ko438qUJ7av3KEc16，逾時不候。

2.Application method: Fill the google form as follows: https://forms.gle/ko438qUJ7av3KEc16

三、候補手續：

We would make the phone call or e-mail notice to you after we receive your application.

1.獲候補通知：請同學於獲候補通知後，至男宿服務中心領取繳費單，至出納組繳費。(候補通知將會以電子郵件或電話方式通知)

Step 1.Please come to Male Dormitory Service Center and get the bill of payment.
After that, you need to pay the bill in Administration Building(General Affairs Division).

2.繳費收據送回服務中心：請同學至出納組繳費後，將繳費收據送回服務中心。

Step 2.Please take the receipt to Male Dormitory Service Center.

3.確認床位：繳回收據後，當場確認床位及住宿相關規定，確認無誤後完成候補手續。

Step 3.Confirm the room and bed number in Male Dormitory Service Center.

四、注意事項：

1.男宿服務中心服務時間：

星期一至星期四 08：30-21：00 (12：30-13：30午休時間暫停服務)

星期五 08：30-17：00 (12：30-13：30午休時間暫停服務)

2.確認床位後不得以任何理由取消、變更住宿或要求辦理退費。

3.如有任何異動，以住輔組最新公告為主。
