一、為推動原住民族語言復振，培育族語人才，提升原住民族語言能力認證測驗中高級通過人數，本校規劃辦理「復振語言種子計畫—阿美語、泰雅語」中高級線上課程，協助學生強化族語聽、說、讀、寫能力，提升族語學習成效及認證考試應試能力，進而培育具族語能力之人才，持續推動原住民族語言之傳承與復振。

二、本課程包括阿美族語及泰雅族語之書寫符號、語音符號、基本構詞策略及基本語法結構之介紹，增加學習者之族語詞彙量，提升其族語聽說讀寫族語能力，培養其能以族語簡短陳述自己意見、閱讀及理解族語中篇文章能力等，期使學習者具備族語認證測驗中高級之族語能力。

三、課程資訊：(一)報名資格：具大專校院學籍者及以通過115年度第2次原住民族語言能力認證測驗中高級為目標者，優先錄取。(二)課程名額：本課程採「小班制教學」，至多招收15人，以提升學習品質及教師個別指導成效。(三)上課日期：115年9月21日至11月23日。(四)上課時間：每週一19:00至21:00，課程共10週（20小時）。(五)上課地點：本課程採線上授課。(六)報名期限：即日起至115年9月11日（星期五）17:00止。(七)報名方式：採線上報名，報名連結：https://forms.gle/hFZzG5nBVzLsj6EF7。(八)課程分為2門，阿美語及泰雅語，方言別如下： 。１、海岸阿美語及秀姑巒阿美語。２、賽考利克泰雅語。

• To promote the revitalization of Indigenous languages, cultivate Indigenous-language talent, and increase the number of candidates who pass the intermediate and advanced levels of the Indigenous Languages Proficiency Certification Examination, National Chin-Yi University of Technology will offer intermediate and advanced online courses under the “Language Revitalization Seed Program—Amis and Atayal.” The courses are designed to strengthen students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enhance their learning outcomes and examination preparedness, cultivate individuals proficient in Indigenous languages, and contribute to the continued transmission and revitalization of Indigenous languages.
• The courses will introduce the writing systems, phonetic notation, basic word-formation strategies, and fundamental grammatical structures of the Amis and Atayal languages. They aim to expand learners’ vocabulary, improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and develop their ability to express opinions briefly and to read and comprehend intermediate-length passages in Indigenous languages. Through these courses, learners are expected to acquire the language proficiency required for the intermediate and advanced levels of the Indigenous Languages Proficiency Certification Examination.

• Course Information:

  (1) Eligibility: Priority will be given to applicants who are currently enrolled in a college or university and those aiming to pass the intermediate or advanced level of the second Indigenous Languages Proficiency Certification Examination in 2026.

  (2) Class Size: To ensure teaching quality and enhance the effectiveness of individualized instruction, each course will be conducted in a small-class format and limited to a maximum of 15 participants.

  (3) Course Period: September 21 to November 23, 2026.

  (4) Class Time: Every Monday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The course will run for 10 weeks, totaling 20 hours.

  (5) Course Format: All classes will be conducted online.

  (6) Registration Deadline: Applications will be accepted from now until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026.

  (8) Two language courses will be offered—Amis and Atayal—with the following dialects:
