學生活動中心【電子公佈欄】申請注意事項 Student Activity Center - Digital Bulletin Board Application Guidelines

申請說明 (為維護展示品質及作業流程順暢,申請者請詳閱以下規定並確實配合)

To maintain display quality and ensure smooth operations, applicants are requested to carefully read and comply with the following regulations.

 

申請時程及方式

Application Timeline and Procedure

請於展出日前至少 2 週提出紙本綜合申請表(請至表格下載區下載)及企劃書,並將檔案上傳到Google表單(https://forms.gle/6HuWVZ7nPuhvu6gA9),以利審核與排程。未依期限申請者,將不予受理。

所有展示內容須經審核確認後方可排入播放排程,請配合安排審核時間。

 

Please submit a hard copy of the General Application Form (available for download from the Forms section/1-1) and an event proposal at least two weeks prior to the intended display date. Additionally, upload the files to the Google Form: https://forms.gle/6HuWVZ7nPuhvu6gA9
Applications submitted past the deadline will not be accepted. All display content must be reviewed and approved before it can be scheduled. Please coordinate in advance to arrange a review session.

檔案規格

File Specifications

照片規範:檔案格式須為JPG;解析度須為1920 x 1080像素(1080P),不得高於/低於此解析度單一個檔案大小請勿超過10MB,單次最多上傳10個照片。

影片規範:檔案格式須為MP4;解析度須為1920 x 1080像素(1080P),不得高於/低於此解析度單一個檔案大小請勿超過100MB,如超過請壓縮影片。

檔案容量限制:所有內容(包含照片與影片)合計檔案大小不得超過500MB

 

Photo Requirements: Format - JPG, Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD 1080P); neither higher nor lower resolutions are allowed., Maximum file size: 10MB per image, Maximum upload: 10 images per application

Video Requirements: Format - MP4, Resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD 1080P); neither higher nor lower resolutions are allowed, Maximum file size: 100MB per video; if exceeded, please compress the video.

Total File Size Limit: The total size of all submitted content (photos and videos combined) must not exceed 500MB.

規範說明

Display Regulations

展示限使用一個電子公佈欄畫面,不得分割為多個畫面播放(例如四分割)

可自行安排於不同時段播放,但最終播放方式將視當週總體排程與展示內容適切性酌予調整

播放時間為每日08:0022:00,不開放其他時段。

 

  • Only one screen of the digital bulletin board may be used; splitting the display into multiple panels (e.g., quad-screen) is not permitted.

  • Applicants may propose time slots for display, but final scheduling will be adjusted based on the weekly queue and content suitability.

  • Display hours are limited to 08:00–22:00 daily. No displays will be scheduled outside of this timeframe.

著作權與影音肖像授權

Copyright and Portrait Rights

展示內容中若含有非原創圖片、音樂、影片、圖像,請確認已取得合法使用授權。

如內容涉及人物肖像、訪談、演出、錄音錄影,請取得當事人同意並附上著作利用授權同意書(請見表格下載)

因展示內容涉及著作權或肖像權爭議,申請團體須自行負責。

 

If the content includes non-original materials (e.g., images, music, videos, graphics), the applicant must ensure that proper authorization has been obtained.

For content involving individual portraits, interviews, performances, recordings, or filming, the applicant must obtain consent from the individuals involved and submit a Copyright and Portrait Release Form (available in the Forms section/1-1).

The applicant will be held fully responsible for any disputes related to copyright or portrait rights.

Important Notes

為維護校園公共空間中立性與適當性,展示內容應以社團活動之成果或資訊為主。

不得涉及下列情形,否則不予播放:

  1. 明確表述或傳達特定政治訴求。
  2. 商業行銷、廣告宣傳(如產品促銷、營業資訊等)
  3. 含有歧視、仇恨、暴力、色情或其他不當言論及影像。
  4. 其他經認定與本校學生權益或公共倫理不符之內容。

本校尊重表意自由,審查過程將秉持內容中立及原則明確之原則,僅針對是否合於校務性質及公眾展示場域進行適當篩選。

如未依規定辦理,或未於期限內完成審核流程,將不予播放

 

To uphold neutrality and appropriateness in campus public spaces, all content should focus on student club activities, event outcomes, or relevant information.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will not be displayed:

  • Explicit political advocacy or messaging

  • Commercial marketing or advertising (e.g., product promotions, business information)

  • Discriminatory, hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content

  • Any content deemed inconsistent with student rights or public ethics by the university

While the university respects freedom of expression, the review process follows a neutral and transparent standard, focusing solely on the suitability of content for university-related purposes and public display.

Applications that fail to meet the requirements or do not complete the review process on time will not be displayed.
