【Student Clubs in Social Practice】

Course Application Announcement

申請對象：須經由本校於課外活動組登記之正式社團申請，須指定社團代表，負責與課外活動組及通識教育中心的聯絡事宜。

it must be formally applied for through a registered student club under the Extracurricular Activities Office. A representative from the club must be designated to handle communication with the Extracurricular Activities Office and the General Education Center.

申請資料：

1. 課程計畫表
2. 課程企劃書
3. 經費預算表

Required Documents:

1. Course Plan
2. Course Proposal
3. Budget Plan

申請截止時間：

• 114年6月30日下午5點

Application Deadline:

• By 5:00 PM on June 30, 2025

課程執行期間：

• 114年9月8日至114年12月26日

Course Duration:

• From September 8, 2025, to December 26, 2025

申請方式：

將課程計畫表、課程企畫書及經費預算表電子檔寄至 arieschw@nchu.edu.tw，主旨請註明「ＯＯＯ社-申請社團社會實踐課程」，審查結果將以e-mail通知。

How to apply:

Please send the completed documents (Course Plan, Course Proposal, and Budget Plan) to arieschw@nchu.edu.tw.

Please indicate “Application for Student Clubs in Social Practice”. The review results will be notified by e-mail.
