為維持學生活動中心（雲平樓）整體環境整潔，將進行年度大掃除暨地板打蠟作業，相關事項如下：

作業期間暫停洽公服務，造成不便，敬請見諒。 如有急需處理之業務，敬請提前辦理，或擇期來電聯繫。 |
提醒：
1. 作業期間將進行地板打蠟，現場可能產生部分噪音，敬請配合現場動線指引，造成不便，敬請見諒，感謝您的體諒與配合！
2. 課外活動組將視現場實際狀況，保有調整相關時程與安排之權利。

Student Activity Center (Yunping Building)
To maintain a clean and comfortable environment at the Student Activity Center (Yunping Building), an annual general cleaning and floor waxing will be carried out as follows:

1. All rented spaces in Yunping Building. 2. Rooms F2, F6,F8 and F10 on 1F will be unavailable for temporary booking on June 23 (Mon). 3. Meeting Rooms A & B and Relaxation Rooms A & B will be unavailable on June 24 (Tue). 4. Rehearsal Rooms A, B, C, D and Practice Rooms B, C, D, E will be unavailable from June 25 (Wed) to June 26 (Thu). |

Floor waxing in public areas from B1 to 4F. ⚠️All clubs are requested not to leave personal items in public areas and to follow on-site movement guidance. |

Reminder:
1. Floor waxing may generate noise during the process. We kindly ask for your cooperation with on-site movement control. Thank you for your understanding and support!
2. The Extracurricular Activities Division reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the schedule or arrangements in response to on-site conditions.
