Time: Check-in begins at 6:00 PM; the meeting will officially start at 6:30 PM sharp
Venue: Yunping Hall, 2nd Floor, Student Activity Center
All student clubs and departmental associations are required to send representatives to attend.
The meeting will cover the detailed scoring criteria and regulations of the student club evaluation.
