2. 報名資料：請完整填寫「報名表」(如附件)，如有資料遺漏將視同放棄。
3. 繳交資料：
- 學院推薦者，請用印後於上述截止時間前交至課外活動組，並再以電子檔方式寄至吳小姐信箱(wem1215@nchu.edu.tw)，請務必來電確認。

1. Application deadline: Friday, March 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Application documents: Please fill out the application form in full; incomplete applications will not be accepted.
3. Application submission:
College-recommended applicants shall affix their application with the required seals, submit it to the Extracurricular Activities Division, and mail an electronic copy to Ms. Wu (wen1215@nchu.edu.tw). Please call the office to confirm submission.
