2025全民國防教育暨防衛動員學術研討會

壹、目的：
因應軍訓教官轉型政策，全民國防教育於大專校院之推動亦需有因應之策略，故教育部委託國立政治大學成立「大專校院全民國防教育資源中心」，預期目標如下：
一、協助大專校院與全民國防教育師資之媒合，穩定各校開課量能。
二、提升高等教育階段全民國防教育師資專業能力及教學品質。
三、促進全民國防教育學術研究發展風氣。
四、整合教學資源並進行研究調查，掌握大專校院全民國防教育發展現況，評估有效推動策略。
五、提供教育部全民國防教育相關政策規劃之參考與建議。
為推展大專校院全民國防教育之學術研究風氣，爰規劃辦理學術研討會，期盼為旨揭任務目標奠下基礎。

貳、相關活動地點、時間及報名方式

一、舉辦時間：114年5月15日（四）上午10時至下午16時。

二、地點：國立政治大學綜合院館三樓演講廳（另同步辦理線上直播）。
三、參與對象：專家學者、學校教師、軍訓教官、行政院動員會報各分類計畫機關、研究生及對研討議題有興趣者，實體及線上各以200人為限。

2025 National Defense Education and Defense Mobilization Academic Seminar
1. Purpose:
In response to the policy of transformation of military training instructors, the promotion of national defense education in colleges and universities also requires a corresponding strategy. Therefore, the Ministry of Education commissioned National Chengchi University to establish the "National Defense Education Resource Center for Colleges and Universities". The expected goals are as follows:
1. Assist colleges and universities in matching teachers with those for national defense education to stabilize the number of courses offered by each school.
2. Improve the professional capabilities and teaching quality of national defense education teachers at the higher education stage.
3. Promote the development of academic research in national defense education.
4. Integrate teaching resources and conduct research and investigation to understand the current status of national defense education in colleges and universities and evaluate effective promotion strategies.
5. Provide reference and suggestions for the Ministry of Education’s policy planning related to national defense education.
In order to promote the academic research atmosphere of national defense education in colleges and universities, we plan to hold an academic seminar, hoping to lay the foundation for the purpose of unveiling the mission objectives.

2. Location, time and registration method of relevant activities

1. Date and time: May 15, 2015 (Thursday) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

2. Location: Lecture Hall on the third floor of the National Chengchi University General Building (online live broadcast will also be held simultaneously).
3. Participants: Experts and scholars, school teachers, military training instructors, Executive Yuan mobilization meeting report of various classified planning agencies, graduate students and those who are interested in the research topics. The limit for both physical and online participation is 200 people each.
