   本校「性別不設限，平等無界線!---性別平等教育有獎徵答」活動，凡114年12月1日起
   至12月12日17:00時前完成線上性平問卷填答者，均具備本次抽獎資格。
   學務處學生安全輔導室已辦理抽獎，公告中獎名單(如附件)。

   領獎須知：
   1.領獎期限:自學生安全輔導室網頁最新消息處公告得獎名單起，至114年12月31日
     (星期三)17:00止，請於本校上班日09:00-12:00、13:00-17:00期間至惠蓀堂2樓
     學生安全輔導室領取。

   2.請得獎者「本人」攜帶「學生證/教職員工證」，於前述時間內至惠蓀堂2樓學生
   安全輔導室親自簽領，為避免爭議，所有獎項不接受委託他人代領，造成不便，
   尚祈見諒。
3.領取時請告知工作人員您的「中獎名冊序號」，以利迅速查核。逾期未領取者，
   視同放棄得獎資格。 
4.外僑請檢附居留證影本，外僑非居住者(指一課稅年度在台居住未滿183天者)，須按給付面額扣取20%稅額。

 

【“Gender Without Limits, Equality Without Boundaries! — Gender Equality Education Quiz with Prizes” | Winner Announcement】

The university’s “Gender Without Limits, Equality Without Boundaries! — Gender Equality Education Quiz with Prizes” event was held as scheduled.
All participants who completed the online gender equality questionnaire between December 1 and December 12, 114 (by 5:00 PM) were eligible for the prize draw.

The Student Safety and Counseling Office, Office of Student Affairs, has completed the prize draw and hereby announces the list of winners (see attached).

Awards:

  1. AirPods 4 Bluetooth headset (2 winners),
  2. Logitech Zone 300 wireless headset with noise-canceling mic(3 winners),
  3. Logitech MK470 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo (5 winners)
  4. NCHU Portable Luzhou Tea Thermos Cup (10 winners),
  5. 7-Eleven Gift Card NT$300 (55 winners),
  6. 7-Eleven Gift Card NT$100 (110 winners)

Award Notice:

  1. Prize collection period: From the date the list of winners is announced in the “Latest News” section on the Student Safety Division website until December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) at 5:00 p.m. Please claim your prize at the Student Safety Division on the 2nd floor of Hui-sun Hall during the university’s office hours (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.).
  2. Please bring your student ID card/faculty ID card to the Student Safety Division on the 2nd floor of Hui-sun Hall during to sign in person during the aforementioned time to collect the prize. To avoid disputes, no one else will be accepted to collect the prize on your behalf. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  3. Please provide your “serial number” to the staff when claiming your prize to facilitate quick verification. Those who fail to claim their prize within the designated period will be regarded as having forfeited their eligibility.
  4. Foreign nationals are required to attach a photocopy of their Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).Non-resident foreign nationals (defined as those who reside in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days in a taxable year) are subject to a 20% tax withholding based on the gross payment amount.
