防制人口販運及避免學生遭犯罪集團吸收利用安全宣導 Safety Advisory: Prevention of Human Trafficking and Exploitation of Students by Criminal Groups
一、依近期媒體報導，犯罪集團透過社群平臺及通訊軟體，以高薪工作、協助運送貨物等名義招募人員，誘騙被害人前往指定地點，限制人身自由，並有吸收少年從事招募或參與犯罪之情形，相關案件刻由檢警偵辦中。
二、提醒同學對於網路或社群平臺刊載之高薪工作、來源不明之邀約、陌生人主動接觸，或要求前往陌生地點等情形，務必提高警覺，審慎查證，切勿輕信或貿然配合，以免遭受詐騙、人口販運或犯罪集團吸收利用；如發現可疑情形，或遭受威脅、控制、限制人身自由等情事，應立即向師長、家長或警察機關求助，以維護自身安全。
1. According to recent media reports, criminal groups are using social media platforms and messaging apps to recruit individuals with promises of high-paying jobs or package delivery tasks. Victims are lured to designated locations and held against their will. Furthermore, teenagers are being targeted and recruited to assist in further recruitment or participate in criminal activities. These cases are currently under active investigation by law enforcement.

Students are strongly advised to remain highly vigilant regarding online or social media postings offering high-paying jobs, invitations from unknown sources, unsolicited contacts from strangers, or requests to travel to unfamiliar locations. Verify all information carefully, and do not trust or comply hastily to avoid falling victim to fraud, human trafficking, or exploitation by criminal networks. If you encounter suspicious situations, threats, coercion, or restrictions on your personal freedom, seek immediate assistance from teachers, parents, or law enforcement to ensure your safety.
