2. Held time: May 16, 2020 (Thursday) from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm.
3. Location: Lecture Hall of the Law School on the third floor of the North Building of the General Hospital (an online live broadcast will also be conducted simultaneously).
4. Participants: experts and scholars, school teachers, military training instructors, Executive Yuan mobilization and reporting agencies, graduate students and those who are interested in the discussion topics. There is a limit of 200 people each in person and online.
