法務部為強化防詐知能及宣導檢察官於國民法官制度中協助被害人等職權宣導短片The Ministry of Justice produced a promotional video to strengthen anti-fraud awareness and to publicize the role of prosecutors in assisting victims under the Citizen Judge System.
一、依據法務部114年8月12日法綜字第11401505010號函辦理。
二、為使司法更貼近民眾之需求與期待，該部製作「守護正義不打烊」系列宣導影片，包括下列兩類主題：
(一)檢察官帶你破解騙術《車手篇─上門取款全是騙》：以獨白式影片，由檢察官親自說明實際辦案經驗，深入解析詐騙手法及其法律後果，提升民眾識詐、防詐及法治觀念。
(二)檢察官對話錄：以對話式影片，呈現檢察官在法庭上如何縝密鋪陳證據、陳述事實及解釋法律要件，展現公訴實力，使社會大眾更易於理解國民法官制度運作與檢察官職責。

The Ministry of Justice has released the “Justice Never Sleeps” video series to strengthen public awareness of fraud prevention and promote understanding of prosecutors’ roles under the Citizen Judge System.
The series includes:

“Prosecutor Exposes Fraud Tricks – The Money Mule Case”: A monologue-style video where a prosecutor explains real fraud cases and their legal consequences.

“Dialogue with the Prosecutor”: A dialogue-style video showing how prosecutors present evidence and explain legal elements in court.
