內政部辦理114年83至93年次在學學生申請分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練The Ministry of the Interior is processing applications from students enrolled between 1983 and 1993 to receive standing military service training in phases.
1.按徵兵規則第26條第2項規定：「就讀專科以上學校男子，得依其志願，於每年十一月十五日以前向戶籍地鄉(鎮、市、區)公所申請連續二年暑假，分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練；申請人數逾訓練員額時，以抽籤決定。
2.為便利在學男子提出申請，內政部役政司全球資訊網(https://dca.moi.gov.tw)首頁/主題單元建置「分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練系統」，，自114年10月16日(星期四)上午10時至114年11月17日(星期一)下午5時受理申請；可自115年6弓日、7月7日或7月28日個入營梯次中，擇一梯次申請。各梯次申請人數逾錄取員額時，並由該部役政司統一於114年11月18日(星期二)上午10時公開抽籤。
3.檢附旨案相關作業規定及宣導資料各1份，該作業規定中第6點第1款，有關「考量國內外就學地區暑期起迄期間差異，分階段接受常備役軍事訓練，以國內學校暑假時間為主(第2梯次)，前後各增開1梯次，3個梯次均為陸軍，每梯次受訓期間不同。國內就學役男如欲選擇第1梯次或第3梯次，務必先行確認連續2年6月份學期結束期間及9月份開學日期可以配合，以免未能參訓。

According to Article 26, Paragraph 2 of the Conscription Regulations, "Male students at junior colleges and above may, according to their wishes, apply to the township (town, city, or district) office of their registered residence before November 15th of each year for phased Standing Soldier Service military training during two consecutive summers. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available training positions, selection will be made by lottery."
2. To facilitate applications from male students, the Ministry of the Interior's Department of Military Affairs' Global Information Network (https://dca.moi.gov.tw) has established a "Phase-Based Standing Soldier Service Military Training System" on its homepage/topic section. Applications will be accepted from 10:00 AM on October 16, 2015 (Thursday) to 5:00 PM on November 17, 2015 (Monday). Applications may be made during the enlistment rounds on June 14, July 7, or July 28, 2016. If the number of applicants for each stream exceeds the quota, the Ministry's Military Service Administration Department will conduct a public lottery at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 18, 2015.
3. Attached are one copy each of the relevant operating regulations and promotional materials for the bill. Section 6, Paragraph 1 of the operating regulations states, "Taking into account the differences in summer vacation periods between domestic and overseas students, regular reserve military training will be conducted in phases, primarily during the domestic school summer vacation (the second stream), with one additional stream added before and after. All three streams will be Army, and the training period for each stream will vary." Domestic students wishing to select the first or third stream must confirm that their June semester ends and their September school start dates are compatible for two consecutive years to avoid missing out on training.
