一、為喚起民眾對於防範一氧化碳中毒的重視，灌輸學生正確安裝燃氣熱水器及一氧化碳中毒防治的安全觀念，並充實文宣教材，特舉辦旨揭漫畫競賽，計有194份作品(國中組98份、高中組96份)經由地方消防局初評脫穎而出，後續將由內政部消防署評審委員會評選出得獎作品。

To raise public awareness of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning prevention, instill in students the correct practices for installing gas water heaters and CO safety measures, and enrich educational materials, the aforementioned comic contest was held. A total of 194 entries were submitted (98 from junior high school students and 96 from senior high school students), which were shortlisted through preliminary evaluations by local fire departments. The winning entries will be selected by the Evaluation Committee of the National Fire Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
