內政部委託財團法人法律扶助基金會辦理住宅租賃糾紛處理及諮詢The Ministry of the Interior has commissioned the Legal Aid Foundation to handle and provide consultation on residential lease disputes.

一、依據內政部114年9月24日台內地字第11402655572號函辦理。
二、為健全住宅租賃關係，協助住宅租賃承租人維護其合法租賃權益，依租賃住宅市場發展及管理條例第14條第1項、同條例施行細則第3條之1及113年8月1日訂頒生效之「住宅租賃糾紛法律扶助規定」，內政部業已公告委託財團法人法律扶助基金會辦理114年度住宅租賃糾紛處理及諮詢業務。
三、上開法律扶助事項，除113年8月1日已開辦之電話法律諮詢服務外，針對符合租金補助資格之住宅租賃承租人，若經訴訟外調解或調處程序仍無法解決租屋糾紛，自114年9月30日起，得依「住宅租賃糾紛法律扶助規定」向法扶基金會申請法律文件撰擬、律師代理等法律扶助協助。

  1. This matter is handled in accordance with the Ministry of the Interior’s official letter Tai-Nei-Di No. 11402655572, dated September 24, 2025.

To strengthen residential lease relations and assist tenants in safeguarding their legitimate leasing rights, pursuant to Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Residential Lease Market Development and Regulation Act, Article 3-1 of its Enforcement Rules, and the Regulations on Legal Aid for Residential Lease Disputes promulgated and effective as of August 1, 2024, the Ministry of the Interior has announced that it has commissioned the Legal Aid Foundation to handle and provide consultation services for residential lease dispute resolution for the year 2025.

  3. In addition to the telephone legal consultation service that has been available since August 1, 2024, tenants who qualify for rental subsidy and are unable to resolve their lease disputes through mediation or conciliation outside of court may, starting from September 30, 2025, apply to the Legal Aid Foundation for legal assistance—such as the drafting of legal documents or lawyer representation—pursuant to the Regulations on Legal Aid for Residential Lease Disputes.
