台中市政府為協助建立正確防詐意識，本府與永豐銀行合作舉辦「智慧防詐論壇」，以司法觀點、數位科技、生成式AI的挑戰等多元議題，解析詐騙案層出不窮的成因與社會影響，深度剖析金融詐騙的最新手法，建立與會者「識詐力」、「阻詐力」、「止損力」三項核心能力。敬邀貴單位參加，並轉知所屬共襄盛舉，吸收新知、掌握趨勢。

To help establish proper anti-fraud awareness, the Taichung City Government, in cooperation with Bank SinoPac, is hosting the “Smart Anti-Fraud Forum.” The forum will explore a variety of topics—including judicial perspectives, digital technology, and challenges brought by generative AI—to analyze the causes and social impact behind the rise of fraud cases. It will also provide an in-depth look at the latest financial fraud techniques, aiming to build three core capabilities among participants: the ability to identify fraud, prevent fraud, and minimize loss. We sincerely invite your organization to participate and to help disseminate this information to your members, so that everyone may gain new insights and stay informed of emerging trends.
