二、為健全住宅租賃關係，協助住宅租賃承租人維護其合法租賃權益，內政部業已公告委託法扶基金會辦理115年度住宅租賃糾紛處理及諮詢業務。

三、相關資訊同步公告於教育部賃居服務資訊網。

The Ministry of Education hereby forwards an official letter from the Ministry of the Interior regarding the commissioning of the Legal Aid Foundation to undertake the handling and consultation services for residential lease dispute resolution for Fiscal Year 115 (ROC calendar). The forwarded official letter from the Ministry of the Interior is attached. Please assist in publicizing this information to ensure that students are duly informed.

In order to strengthen residential leasing relationships and to assist residential tenants in safeguarding their lawful leasing rights and interests, the Ministry of the Interior has announced the commissioning of the Legal Aid Foundation to handle and provide consultation services for residential lease disputes for Fiscal Year 115.
