內政部「114年下半年租金統計」及視覺化租金查詢平臺“The Ministry of the Interior’s ‘Rental Statistics for the Second Half of Year 114’ and the Rental Visualization Inquiry Platform.”

一、教育部檢送內政部「114年下半年租金統計」及視覺化租金查詢平臺。

二、內政部每年定期於1月及7月公布全國租金統計相關資訊，並同步推出視覺化「租金查詢平臺」（網址：https://moisagis.moi.gov.tw/rent/），定位查詢範圍內不同租屋型態或屋齡之最新租金總價四分位數，俾快速找尋合適租屋地點及評估租金合理性。

三、內政部所公布租金統計資訊亦同步更新於不動產資訊平臺（https://pip.moi.gov.tw/）及地政司網站「租賃條例專區」（https://www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/news/89）提供學生租屋之參考。

  • The Ministry of the Interior regularly releases nationwide rental statistics every January and July, and simultaneously launches the visualized “Rental Inquiry Platform” (https://moisagis.moi.gov.tw/rent/). The platform allows users to locate and review the latest total rent quartile figures for different types of rental housing or building ages within a specified area, thereby facilitating the efficient identification of suitable rental locations and the assessment of rent reasonableness.

  • The rental statistics released by the Ministry of the Interior are also simultaneously updated on the Real Estate Information Platform (https://pip.moi.gov.tw/) and on the Department of Land Administration’s website under the “Rental Housing Act Section” (https://www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/news/89), providing reference information for students seeking rental housing.
