國土管理署300億元中央擴大租金補貼計畫修訂Revision to the NTD 30 Billion Central Government Expanded Rental Subsidy Program

一、教育部函轉內政部國土管理署檢送有關300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案計畫自115年起不再接受無稅籍或未保存登記建物之新案申請，請協助宣導學生周知。

二、案內規定意即自115年度起，申請300億元中央擴大租金補貼專案計畫之租賃房屋，應具有房屋稅籍及建物保存登記（或已取得建築物合法證明文件），頂加樓層等未保存登記建物則不得再申請本專案計畫。

三、查詢建物資料及提供包租代管資訊，該署已於計畫申請頁面（https://has.nlma.gov.tw/house300e/）建置相關連結，請各校協助轉知學生周知。

Announcement

  1. The Ministry of Education has forwarded a notice from the National Land Management Agency, Ministry of the Interior, stating that starting in 2026 (ROC Year 115), the NTD 30 Billion Central Government Expanded Rental Subsidy Program will no longer accept new applications for buildings without house tax registration or official building registration. Schools are requested to assist in informing students of this update.

  2. Under the revised regulations, rental housing applying for this subsidy program must have house tax registration and completed building registration, or have obtained valid legal building certification.
    Unregistered buildings, such as illegal rooftop additions, are no longer eligible.

  3. Links for building information inquiries and subleasing/property management services have been provided on the program’s application website. Schools are requested to forward this information to students:
