為因應詐騙手法快速演變,內政部警政署於「165打詐儀錶板」導入AI智能客服小幫手,整合防詐資料庫提供即時互動諮詢,可依民眾描述情境辨識詐騙風險並提供具體處置建議;另具備涉詐網址即時查詢功能,可判斷網站是否具詐騙風險。
This initiative is in response to the rapid evolution of fraud tactics. The National Police Agency of the Ministry of the Interior has introduced an AI intelligent customer service assistant into the “165 Anti-Fraud Dashboard.” By integrating anti-fraud databases, the system provides real-time interactive consultations, identifies potential fraud risks based on scenarios described by the public, and offers specific response recommendations. In addition, it features real-time fraudulent URL lookup functionality to assess whether a website poses a fraud risk.
