行政院出版《聯合國人權條約機構平等與不歧視個人申訴案例彙編》電子書has published the e-book titled “Compilation of Individual Complaint Cases on Equality and Non-Discrimination by United Nations Human Rights Treaty Bodies.”
一、為增進政府各機關對於聯合國人權公約禁止歧視規範之理解，行政院編製旨揭彙編並出版電子書，就已國內法化之6部人權公約，蒐整各條約機構近年審議涉及平等、不歧視等權利之個人申訴案例計12則，完整收錄案例內容（包含事實、申訴人的主張與締約國的意見、委員會認定的事實、法律適用與判斷過程結論，包括是否成立權利侵害、是否構成歧視以及國家應採取之補救或政策行動），可於行政院人權資訊網下載參閱，請協助推廣運用。

To enhance the understanding of government agencies regarding the non-discrimination provisions set forth in the United Nations human rights conventions, 行政院 has compiled the above-mentioned publication and released it as an e-book. The compilation covers six human rights conventions that have been incorporated into domestic law and includes a total of 12 individual complaint cases reviewed in recent years by the respective treaty bodies involving rights to equality and non-discrimination. The cases are fully documented, including the facts, the complainants’ claims and the State party’s submissions, the Committee’s findings of fact, the application of law and reasoning process, and the conclusions (including whether a rights violation was established, whether discrimination was found, and the remedies or policy actions the State should undertake). The e-book is available for download and reference on the Human Rights Information Website of the Executive Yuan. Please assist in promoting its utilization.
