  • The Ministry of Education forwards the notice from the National Land Management Agency, Ministry of the Interior, reiterating that, starting from Year 115 (ROC calendar), the NT$30 billion Central Expanded Rental Subsidy Program will no longer accept new applications for buildings without house tax registration or preserved building registration. Please assist in informing students accordingly.
  • This regulation means that, beginning in Year 115, rental properties applying for the subsidy program must have house tax registration and preserved building registration (or other legal building certification documents). Unregistered structures, such as rooftop additions, will no longer be eligible for the program.
  • As the semester is approaching its end, to assist students seeking housing for the new semester, the Agency has added relevant links on the program application website (https://has.nlma.gov.tw/house300e/) for building information inquiries and rental management resources, in order to protect students’ rental rights and interests.
