二、近期黃牛票詐騙案件頻傳，受害族群以參與演唱會、藝文展演活動之民眾為主，其中大專校院學生為相關詐騙案件之高風險接觸族群。

- This matter is handled in accordance with the Executive Yuan’s official letter No. 1155010562 dated May 21, 2026.
- Recently, cases of ticket scalping and ticket fraud have occurred frequently. The primary victims are individuals attending concerts and arts and cultural events, with college and university students identified as a high-risk group for exposure to such scams.
