115年教育部品德教育徵稿（含影音作品）評選活動實施計畫Implementation Plan for the Ministry of Education's 2026 Character Education Submission and Competition (Including Multimedia Works)
(一)徵稿期程：115年9月7日（星期一）至115年10月8日（星期四）止。
(二)採線上投稿方式，於115年9月7日（星期一）開放上網註冊，網址如下：https://cis.ncu.edu.tw/NsaSys/literacyArea/moral/register_index
(三)徵選類型：
１、品德教育教學活動設計類
２、品德主題故事類
３、品德主題漫畫類
４、品德主題影音類
(四)獎勵方式：凡獲選之作品，可獲相關獎勵如下：
１、品德教育教學活動設計：致贈稿費每千字新臺幣（下同）900元（每篇至多4,500元）及獎狀。
２、品德主題故事：致贈稿費每千字900元（每篇至多2,700元）及獎狀。
３、品德主題漫畫：致贈每件1,500元及獎狀。
４、品德主題影音：致贈每件10,000元及獎狀。
５、品德主題故事、漫畫及影音類獲獎作品之學校指導老師另頒給感謝狀。
６、行政獎勵：獲獎之參賽師生將另函請教育行政主管機關、學校本權責予以獎勵。
Ministry of Education 2026 Character Education Submission Competition
- Submission Period: September 7, 2026 (Mon) to October 8, 2026 (Thu)
- Submission Method: Online submission only. Registration opens on September 7, 2026, at:

Awards:
- Teaching Activity Design: NT$900 per 1,000 words (up to NT$4,500 per entry) and a certificate.
- Character-themed Stories: NT$900 per 1,000 words (up to NT$2,700 per entry) and a certificate.
- Character-themed Comics: NT$1,500 per entry and a certificate.
- Character-themed Multimedia Works: NT$10,000 per entry and a certificate.
- Advisors of winning entries in the story, comic, and multimedia categories will receive a certificate of appreciation.
- Additional administrative awards may be granted by the relevant educational authorities or schools.
