台中市政府助公告「臺中好宅」共居房型之隨到隨辦招租資訊Taichung City Government Announces “Taichung Good Housing” Co-Living Units Available for Immediate Rental Application

一、台中市政府住宅發展工程處函請學校協助公告「臺中好宅－北屯北屯、東區台中公園一期、西屯國安一期」共居房型之隨到隨辦招租資訊，並協助轉知或鼓勵學生或行政人員評估後申請。

二、現辦理共居房型之隨到隨辦招租作業，只要在本市就學或就業，且有居住需求及參與共居生活之意願，均可於線上提出申請，鼓勵不同背景民眾共同生活、交流互動，創造多元共居之生活經驗，歡迎同學揪團來報名。

  • The Taichung City Government’s Housing Development Engineering Office invites schools to help promote the “Taichung Good Housing” co-living units at Beitun, Taichung Park Phase I, and Guo’an Phase I, Xitun. Students and administrative staff are encouraged to consider applying.
  • Applications for the co-living units are accepted on a rolling basis. Anyone studying or working in Taichung who needs housing and is willing to participate in co-living may apply online. Students are encouraged to apply with friends and enjoy a diverse co-living experience.
