內政部辦理115年83至93年次在學男子申請分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練The Ministry of the Interior is processing applications from male students born between 1983 and 1993 to receive regular military training in stages.
1.按徵兵規則第26條第2項規定：「就讀專科以上學校男子，得依其志願，於每年十一月十五日以前向戶籍地鄉(鎮、市、區)公所申請連續二年暑假，分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練。
2.內政部役政司全球資訊網(https://dca.moi.gov.tw)，首頁/主題單元/分階段接受常備兵役軍事訓練系統，自115年10月15日上午10時起至115年11月15日下午5時止受理申請，詳細規定可參考系統內各項說明。
3.宣傳海報如附件。
1. According to Article 26, Paragraph 2 of the Conscription Regulations, "Male students enrolled in junior colleges or higher education institutions may, according to their own wishes, apply to the township (town, city, district) office of their place of residence before November 15th of each year to receive phased regular military service training during the summer vacations for two consecutive years."
2. Applications will be accepted on the Ministry of the Interior's Conscription Administration Department website (https://dca.moi.gov.tw), under the homepage/topic unit/phased regular military service training system, from 10:00 AM on October 15th, 2026 to 5:00 PM on November 15th, 2026. Detailed regulations can be found in the various instructions within the system.
