工作內容

Job Description

1. 機台上下料、設備保養、架機、校刀、調機及模具架線等工作。
2. 須能獨立作業，具備 CNC銑床調整校台、校刀、刻模、試刀並完成產品首件，並可依圖面要求調整尺寸。
3. 能閱讀 加工零件圖面並進行尺寸量測。
4. 具備 加工問題分析與解決能力。
5. CNC加工機及相關機械操作與設備保養維護。
6. 能配合加班/輪班。
7. 其他主管交辦事項。

• Machine loading and unloading, machine maintenance, machine setup, tool setting, machine adjustment, and fixture installation.
• Able to work independently and operate CNC milling machines, including machine setup, tool setting, mold engraving, trial cutting, producing the first sample piece, and adjusting dimensions to meet drawing specifications.
• Read and interpret machining drawings and perform dimensional measurements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Operate CNC machining equipment and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Willing to work overtime and shift work when required.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Monthly salary: NTD 32,000 – 35,000, to be determined based on experience. Benefits include:
