為促進新北市原住民族青年職涯發展、文化認同與產業觀察能力，透過部落參訪、文化體驗、青年交流及移地學習，引導青年認識原住民族文化與產業發展模式，激發創業構想，強化未來投入原住民族產業與部落經營之實務基礎。

To promote the career development, cultural identity, and industry awareness of Indigenous youth in New Taipei City, this program incorporates tribal visits, cultural experiences, youth exchanges, and field-based learning opportunities. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Indigenous cultures and industry development models, inspiring entrepreneurial ideas and strengthening the practical foundations needed for future engagement in Indigenous industries and tribal development.
I. To enhance the career development, cultural identity, and industry awareness of Indigenous youth in New Taipei City, the program provides tribal visits, cultural experiences, youth exchanges, and field-based learning activities. Through these experiences, participants will explore Indigenous cultural and industrial development models, cultivate entrepreneurial thinking, and build practical competencies for future involvement in Indigenous industries and community development.
