Job Responsibilities

* Organize farmer seminars, field demonstrations, and other agricultural events.

* Conduct field trials, analyze results, and promote product applications in the field.

* Visit farms to understand crop growth conditions and farmers’ needs, while collecting market and grower information.

* Travel or relocate within Central or Southern Taiwan based on business and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

* Passion for agriculture, plants, agricultural technology, or crop protection and plant nutrition products.

* Enjoy interacting with people and are willing to work in the field to understand growers’ real-world needs.

* A degree in Agriculture, Plant Protection, Agronomy, Horticulture, Biology, or a related field is preferred.

* Previous farming, agricultural internship, or related experience is an advantage; however, motivated candidates without experience are also welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Location

Assignments will be determined according to the company’s operational and staffing requirements. A dedicated company vehicle will be provided for business travel.
