A.Applying Time: Nov. 7th (Mon.) 12:00 p.m. to Nov. 20th (Sun.) 12:00 p.m.
B.Released Time: Nov. 21th (Mon.) 18:00 p.m.
C.Dispensing Time: Nov. 21th (Mon.) to Nov. 23th (Wed.)
2. Steps for Application:
Log in NCHU Portal Site → Find the List of All Application Entry → Click Student Affairs Information → Translate the Website into English Version with Google Translator → Find the list of Student Dormitory → Click Dormitory Motorcycle Parking Space Application → Click Parking Lot Lottery Application
3.Notice:
A.All the residents in the male dormitory can apply for the parking permit. Residents can only apply one permit per round. (motorcycle or bicycle)
B.At the released time, please check the result on the website. (Please follow steps for application.)
C.During the dispensing time, the floor manager will dispense the parking permit to each resident. Residents should show their student ID card or any personal identification at that time.
D.If residents do not get the parking permit during the dispensing time, please visit the service center at Nov. 24th (Thu.) 9:00 a.m. to Nov. 25th (Fri.) 17:00 p.m. during the office hours to get the parking permit.
E.If residents miss the dates for getting the parking permits, the application will be canceled and released to other residents.
