一、開放對象：本校男生宿舍(仁、義、禮、智、信齋)住宿生。
二、開放申請期間：11月6日(一)早上9:00起開放受理住宿生(一經申請核淮後為該學年即可使用，暑假住宿生請另行申請)。
三、申請方式：先填寫表單登記(https://forms.gle/jvudVJR4o5CCwysG6)，後至男宿服務中心辦理確認程序，每房僅提供一個名額。
四、開放數量：各棟宿舍每層樓開放6間寢室申請，額滿恕不再受理申請。
五、冰箱開放規格：宿舍內放置之冰箱規格限出廠日期為八年內且容量100公升以下小冰箱，且須為中華民國國家標準檢驗合格之電器(CNS)。
提醒：1.請住宿生購買冰箱前可先向舍區服務中心詢問冰箱開放數量是否已額滿，未依規定購買使用將依宿舍規定記點處分。

National Chung Hsing University Male Dormitory Room Refrigerator Application Notice
- Qualification: Residents in NCHU Male Dormitory
- Applying Period: Starting from Nov. 6th (Mon.) 9:00 a.m. (The approval is valid for the current academic year; residents need to apply separately during summer vacation.)
- Steps for Application: Fill in the Google Form https://forms.gle/jvudVJR4o5CCwysG6, then go to the service center for confirmation procedure. Each room can only apply for one refrigerator.
- Quota: Six rooms per floor are open for refrigerator applications. The quota is subject to availability.
- Refrigerator Specifications: The refrigerator capacity must not exceed 100 liters, and it must comply with Chinese National Standards (CNS) and be manufactured within the last eight years.
- Application Process:
(1) Applicants should obtain agreement of all roommates. Fill out " National Chung Hsing University Student Dormitory Room Refrigerator Application Form” with the signature of all the roommates and submit to service center. Substitute signing is not allowed.
(2) After approval, applicants must attach " Refrigerator Usage Permit " given by service center on the refrigerator. Refrigerators can only be placed inside the room and should not be placed in common areas.
