一、本公告為以下三種情況之退宿者之宿費、水電費餘額、財清保金餘額退款:
(1)113年1月1日~1月31日辦理退宿者之宿費、水電費餘額、財清保金餘額退款。
(2)112年第1學期第十周至12月31日辦理退宿者之水電費餘額、財清保金餘額退款。
(3)112年12月31日前申請第二學期並於期限內完成退宿免繳宿費者之水電費餘額、財清保金餘額退款。
(4)111學年度補繳帳戶資料之補退水電費餘額、財清保金餘額退款。
二、退費期程約兩週，請於兩週後確認是否入帳。

1. This announcement pertains to the refund of accommodation fees, utility fees balance, and security deposit for public property and cleaning for residents who have withdrew under the following three circumstances:
(1) Those who withdrew between January 1 and January 31, 2024 will receive a refund of their accommodation fees, utility fees balance, and security deposit for public property and cleaning.
(2) Those who withdrew during the 10th week of the first semester of the 112 academic year until December 31, 2023 will receive a refund of their utility fees balance and security deposit for public property and cleaning.
(3) Those who applied for the second semester before December 31, 2023 and completed the withdrawal process within the stipulated period without paying accommodation fees will receive a refund of their utility fees balance and security deposit for public property and cleaning.
(4) Those who provided their account information for the 111 academic year will receive a refund of utility fees balance and security deposit for public property and cleaning.
2. The refund process will take approximately two weeks. Please confirm receipt of the refund after two weeks.
