4.繳費期限：民國114年5月28日（三）至114年5月30日（五），請於繳費開放後至「第e繳費網」下載繳費單並完成繳費，並於下列表單回傳繳費證明：https://forms.gle/at57LgRX751E1gX46。
繳費證明回傳期限：民國114年6月2日（一）至114年6月4日（三）。
Payment period: From May 28 (Wednesday) to May 30 (Friday), 2025.
After the payment system opens, please download your payment slip from the “ePayment Portal” and complete the payment.
Then, upload your payment proof via this form: https://forms.gle/at57LgRX751E1gX46.
Payment proof submission period: From June 2 (Monday) to June 4 (Wednesday), 2025.
