1.暑假住宿自6月22日下午3點開始，請找各棟各樓層樓長領取鑰匙，6月22日以後入住，請找男生宿舍警衛室辦理入住。
Room Check-Ins begin at 3 pm on June 22nd. Please seek the Floor Manager for the Room key.
However, should you enter the dorm room after the 22nd, please seek your room key at the Security Post.
2.暑宿個人網路皆須重新設定，原寢者亦同，請同學務必上140.120.4.13重新登入後使用
All personal networks in the summer dormitory need to be reset. This applies to both new and returning residents. Please make sure to log in again using 140.120.4.13.
3.如網路有問題，可加入男生宿舍網路服務官方LINE帳號詢問(https://lin.ee/XDBI8oQ)
If you encounter any network issues after moving in, you can join the official LINE account for men's dormitory network services to ask for help (https://lin.ee/XDBI8oQ).
4.暑假住宿期間如有服務需求可至值班樓長室詢問或聯絡服務中心官方LINE帳號(https://lin.ee/bjkgcPo)
If you need any services during your summer stay, you can inquire at the dormitory supervisor's office or contact the service center's official LINE account (https://lin.ee/bjkgcPo).
5.候補床位者，請依照服務中心所提供相關資訊辦理
The candidate for the bed placement is requested to proceed according to the relevant information provided by the service center.
6.未於期限內繳費者及未繳交「第一銀行繳 費證明單」者，視同未完成程序，恕不安排床位。
Students who have not paid and without returning the receipts after deadline will be seen a s giving up the application.
7.不可私自帶非住宿生入住，如經查證屬實將依規定收費。並限期隔日搬離宿舍，且未來寒暑假將不再提供床位給違規同學。
Students are not allowed to bring non-residential students to the dormitory privately, and will be charged in accordance with the regulations if they are found to be in violation of the rules. Students will be given a deadline to move out of the dormitory on the next day and no more beds will be provided to non-compliant students in the coming summer and winter vacations.
8.如有任何異動，以住輔組最新公告資訊為主。If there are any changes, the latest information announced by the housing service division.
9. 6月22日起不得以任何理由取消 （若因個人疏失未繳回收據者亦同）、變更住宿，要求辦理退費。
From 22 Jun 2025 (SUN) can’t cancel with any reason (if there’s any personal negligence cause to without returning the receipts too) change room, request to have refund).
10.床位會依照候補者繳費確認陸續更新。
Bed availability will be updated progressively based on the payment confirmation of the candidates on the waiting list.
