國立中興大學114學年度女生宿舍寢室冰箱申請公告

• 開放對象：本校女生宿舍住宿生。
• 開放申請期間：09月16日（二）早上9:00到09月30日(二)下午5：00受理辦理(一經申請核淮後為該學年即可使用)。
• 申請方式：先填寫表單登記資格(https://forms.gle/zLvBZNmC5GqEvttD7)後於09月17日(三)至09月30日(二)至女宿服務中心繳交申請表審核檢驗，每房僅提供一個名額，逾期未辦理及申請規範不符者將資格釋出。
• 開放數量：每層樓開放6間寢室申請，額滿恕不再受理申請。
• 冰箱開放規格：宿舍內放置之冰箱限出廠日期為八年內且容量100公升以下小冰箱，且須為中華民國國家標準檢驗合格之電器(CNS)。
• 申請流程：

(一)申請人徵得全寢室室友同意 (勤怡軒另需徵得共用衛浴寢室同學同意) 後，依公告填寫「國立中興大學學生宿舍寢室冰箱放置申請書」及室友本人(勤怡另需共用衛浴寢室同學)簽名後向服務中心提出申請，勿有代簽行為。

(二)申請核可後服務中心發予「冰箱使用許可證」，申請人必須將「冰箱使用許可證」貼在冰箱上，方可於寢室放置與使用冰箱，且冰箱僅可放置於寢室內，不得放置於宿舍公共區域。

七、注意事項：

(一)以寢室為單位，且一間寢室僅能申請放置一台冰箱，未事先申請核淮放置之冰箱視同違規電器，不得放置於宿舍內，違者依學生宿舍輔導與管理辦法違規記點處分，且須於7日內將冰箱搬離宿舍。

(二)寢用冰箱應注意：

1.申請人須對冰箱之妥善及安全負責，為避免發生危險，請使用寢室內既有配置之插座或附有自動過載跳電功能之延長線插座，切勿將冰箱使用之延長線插座另接其他電器使用，以防高負載產生危險。以維護安全。

2.若使用時因電量過載導致跳電，須配合修繕或值班人員上班時間修繕復電。

3.申請人應自行注意申請之冰箱是否有檢驗合格標示及接地安全裝置，且應避免共用插座，如因住宿生攜帶之冰箱造成宿舍電路、設備損壞，或影響公共安全者，須由申請之住宿生全額賠償，並負擔法律責任。

4.申請者於申請前需自行檢查申請之冰箱狀態，如有電線外露、有燒焦痕、出廠日期不明、使用時有聲音、燒焦或異常味道時，服務中心得取消該冰箱之申請，申請者不得異議。

(三)申請乙次以一學年為限，惟申請人更換寢室、室友或冰箱時，須主動重新提出申請；如未重新提出申請者，視同未申請。

(四)冰箱屬學生個人物品，保管及維修由申請人自行負責。

(五)申請人若於搬離宿舍時未將冰箱帶離，經服務中心公告一星期未領回者將視同廢棄物處理。

(六)若遇校內停電、維修或其他工程而無法使用冰箱或供電，學校不負賠償責任。

Refrigerator Application Notice(2025 academic year)

1. Qualification: Residents in Female Dormitory
2. Applying Period: Applications will be accepted from Tuesday, September 16, 9:00 AM to Tuesday, September 30, 5:00 PM. (The approval is valid for the current academic year; residents need to apply separately during summer vacation)
3. Steps for Application:

Fill in this Google Form( https://forms.gle/zLvBZNmC5GqEvttD7)then go to service center for confirmation procedure from Sep. 16th (Tue.) to Sep. 30th (Tue.). Each room can only apply for one refrigerator. Applications not submitted by the deadline or failing to meet the specified requirements will be disqualified.

4. Quota: Six rooms per floor are open for refrigerator applications. The quota is subject to availability
5. Refrigerator Specifications: The refrigerator capacity must not exceed 100 liters, and it must comply with the Chinese National Standards (CNS) and be manufactured within the last eight years.
6. Application Process:

 (1) Applicants should obtain agreement of all roommates. (Qin-xuan and Yi-xuan requires additional consent from roommates sharing the bathroom) Fill out " National Chung Hsing University Student Dormitory Room Refrigerator Application Form” with the signature of all the roommates (Qin-xuan and Yi-xuan also requires roommates for a shared bathroom and bedroom) and submit to service center. Substitute signing is not allowed.

 (2) After approval, applicants must attach " Refrigerator Usage Permit " given by service center on the refrigerator. Refrigerators can only be placed inside dorm room and should not be placed in common areas.

7.   Notice:

(1) Refrigerator is limited to one per room. Any refrigerator without approval will be considered a violation. Violators will result in penalties based on Student Dormitory Counseling and Management Regulations and must remove the refrigerator from the dorm within seven days.

(2) Refrigerator notification:

 (a) Applicants must be responsible for the proper and safe use of the refrigerator. To prevent any potential danger, please use the outlets in the room or extension cords with automatic overload protection. Do not connect the refrigerator's extension cord to other electrical appliances.

 (b) If an overload causes power trip during use, please cooperate with repairs or on-duty personnel during working hours to fix it.

 (c) Applicants must check that the applied refrigerator has safety certification and a grounding device, and avoid sharing outlets. If a resident's refrigerator causes damage to dormitory electrical system or equipment, or poses a safety risk, the applicant is responsible for full compensation and legal consequences.

 (d) Before applying, applicants should inspect the condition of the refrigerator. If finding exposed wire, sign of burning, unclear manufacturing date, unusual noises, burning smell, or any issues, service center can cancel the application. Applicants can't dispute it.

(3) Each application is valid for one academic year. However, if applicants change dorm room, roommate, or refrigerator, they must reapply. Not reapplying will be considered as if never applied.

(4) Refrigerator is considered a personal item. Applicants are responsible for its care and maintenance.

(5) If applicants leave without taking their refrigerator, and it remains unclaimed for one week after service center's announcement, it will be treated as abandonment.

(6) The university is not responsible for compensation if there is a campus-wide power outage, maintenance, or other projects that prevent the use of the refrigerator or the supply of electricity.
