【宿舍信件包裹代收公告】

因住宿生活所需,服務中心僅提供住宿生信件與包裹之代收服務,惟因人力及收納空間有限,請住宿生遵守以下事項:

  • 僅代收郵件及包裹(涉及付費及現金物件不代收),且不負保管與查詢責任。
  • 住宿生應於通知後3日內領取,逾期會通知遞件單位退件。
  • 住宿生務必自行確認寄件物品之時效,避免因延誤領取造成消費爭議損害自身權益。
  • 任何涉及違法物品、有爭議糾紛之包裹及退貨包裹,宿舍拒絕代收。

[Notice: Dormitory Mail and Parcel Collection Service]


To meet the needs of dormitory residents, the Service Center provides mail and parcel collection services exclusively for residents. However, due to limited staffing and storage capacity, residents are required to comply with the following regulations:

  1. Only general mail and parcels will be accepted. Items requiring payment upon delivery or involving cash will not be accepted. The dormitory assumes no responsibility for safekeeping or tracking of any items.
  2. Residents must collect their items within three days after receiving notification. Items not collected within this period will be returned to the sender.
  3. Residents are responsible for confirming the delivery timeframe of their items to avoid disputes or loss of rights caused by delayed pickup.
  4. Any items involving illegal contents, disputed or controversial items, or returned parcels will not be accepted.
