男生宿舍114學年度第二輪車證申請公告Second Round Application for Parking Permit of Male Dorm in 2025 Academic Year

1. 申請資格：男生宿舍全體住宿生(非興大二村)
2. 申請時間：10/7 10:00~10/13 17:00
3. 申請方式：10/7 10點以後請填寫以下表單或掃描QR code進行申請  https://forms.gle/VLWPxKnxYh52wPvm7  
一張含有 螢幕擷取畫面, 文字, 圖形, 設計 的圖片 AI 產生的內容可能不正確。

 

4. 公布時間：服務中心各別通知住宿生。

 

5. 發證時間：服務中心個別通知領取。

6. 注意事項：每一輪一人限申請一證(機車、腳踏車擇一)；領取車證需出示本人學生證及本人或直系親屬所持有車輛之行照。宿舍採全面對號停車，未申請車證者，不得停放於宿舍區域內。

Notice:

  1. All residents in male dormitory can apply for a parking permit. Each person can only apply for one parking permit per round. (Motorcycle or bicycle)
  2. During the dispensing period, the floor manager will dispense the parking permit to each resident. Residents should show their Student ID card or personal identifications to prove their identity.
