115學年度學生宿舍舊生床位團體抽籤結果List of Successful Applicants for the 115th Academic Year Group Lottery for Alumni Beds
注意事項：
1. 房號分配以抽籤順序排列，已抽中115學年度團體住宿組別者，需3月27日(五)下午五點前由本人持學生證正本辦理確認床位，全隊若有一人未確認者視同全隊放棄。
2. 已抽中床位欲退宿者，依本校《住宿輔導辦法》第十四條規定扣繳宿費，敬請務必於5月20日(三)17：00前向學生宿舍服務中心辦理放棄床位，以避免住宿相關費用產生。
3. 為維護床位申請作業之公平性，確認床位後放棄釋出之空床位，由服務中心安排，不得指定給特定人員。
4. 未中籤者如仍有校內住宿意願，請參加舊生床位申請-個人抽籤作業。
5. 參加組隊申請獲得床位者，不得參加個人床位抽籤申請作業，若重覆獲得床位者，學生宿舍服務中心有權取消個人床位抽籤申請獲得之床位。
Important Notes：
1. Room assignments are based on the order of the lottery draw. Students who have been selected for the group housing category for the 115th academic year must confirm their bed assignment in person with their original student ID before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27. If even one member of the group fails to confirm, the entire group will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
2. Cancellation: According to Article 14 of the Student Housing Guidance Regulations, those who wish to forfeit their bed after winning must complete the cancellation process at the Dormitory Service Center by May 20 (Wed.), 17:00 to avoid dormitory fees.
3. To ensure fairness, any vacant beds resulting from forfeitures will be reassigned by the Service Center; specific replacements cannot be requested.
4. Applicants who do not win the group lottery but still wish to live on campus should participate in the "Individual Lottery" process.
5. Students who secure a bed through the group lottery are not eligible for the individual lottery. If a student is found to have secured beds in both, the Service Center reserves the right to cancel the bed obtained via the individual lottery.
