1.暑假住宿自6月28日下午3點開始，請找各棟各樓層樓長領取鑰匙，6月28日以後入住，請找男生宿舍警衛室辦理入住。
Room Check-Ins begin at 3 pm on June 28. Please seek the Floor Manager for the Room key.
However, should you enter the dorm room after the 6/28, please seek your room key at the Security Post.
2.如果本學期床位與暑假床位相同，仍須於 6/28 中午 12 點前完成清潔檢查手續。服務中心需確認無佔用床位及寢室財損等情形，如未完成清檢手續，仍會扣減相關保證金費用。
Even if your current bed space is the same as your summer assignment, you MUST still complete the room cleaning and inspection by 12:00 PM (noon) on June 28.This is to confirm that there is no unauthorized occupancy or damage to room property. Failure to complete this procedure will result in a deduction from your dormitory deposit.
3.暑宿個人網路皆須重新設定，原寢者亦同，請同學務必上140.120.4.13重新登入後使用
All personal networks in the summer dormitory need to be reset. This applies to both new and returning residents. Please make sure to log in again using 140.120.4.13.

5.暑假住宿期間如有服務需求可至值班樓長室詢問或聯絡服務中心官方LINE帳號

6.需要候補床位者，請依照服務中心所提供相關資訊辦理
The candidate for the bed placement is requested to proceed according to the relevant information provided by the service center.
7.未於期限內繳費者及未繳交「第一銀行繳 費證明單」者，視同未完成程序，恕不安排床位。Students who have not paid and without returning the receipts after deadline will be seen a s giving up the application.
8.不可私自帶非住宿生入住，如經查證屬實將依規定收費。並限期隔日搬離宿舍，且未來寒暑假將不再提供床位給違規同學。
Students are not allowed to bring non-residential students to the dormitory privately, and will be charged in accordance with the regulations if they are found to be in violation of the rules. Students will be given a deadline to move out of the dormitory on the next day and no more beds will be provided to non-compliant students in the coming summer and winter vacations.
9.如有任何異動，以 住輔組 最新公告資訊為主。
If there are any changes, the latest information announced by the housing service division.
10. 6月28日起不得以任何理由取消 （若因個人疏失未繳回收據者亦同）、變更住宿，要求辦理退費。From 28 Jun 2026 (SUN) can’t cancel with any reason (if there’s any personal negligence cause to without returning the receipts too) change room, request to have refund).
11.床位會依照候補者繳費確認陸續更新。
Bed availability will be updated progressively based on the payment confirmation of the candidates on the waiting list.
12.暑假住宿床位候補申請
開放申請時間：114年6月9日（二）上午11點至6月12日（五）下午3點止。
開放申請方式：請填寫GOOGLE表單(此輪申請僅限尚未申請者，如第一輪有申請但尚未繳費者，請盡速繳費，並於6/12以前上傳繳費證明單，切勿重複申請。)
