車證發放前，住宿生可以先將機車停放於宿舍停車格或腳踏車架，請勿違規停車。

Before the Parking Permit is issued, residents may park their scooters in the dormitory parking spaces or on the bicycle racks.
Please do not park illegally.

1. 申請資格：仁義禮智信齋宿舍全體住宿生(非興大二村)
2. 申請時間：9/14 10:00~9/21 17:00
3. 申請方式：9/14 10點以後請填寫以下表單或掃描QR code進行申請  https://forms.gle/hHqJJBUA9qDiMxpR8  

4. 公布時間：9/23 下午三點於住輔組網站公布。

5. 發證時間：9/28~10/2由樓長發放，須由本人親領，或10/5~9於服務中心領取，逾時不候。

6. 注意事項：每一輪一人限申請一證(機車、腳踏車擇一)，如有第二證需求可於下一輪再行申請；
領取車證需出示本人學生證及本人或親屬所持有車輛之行照。宿舍採全面對號停車，未申請車證者，不得停放於宿舍區域內。

Notice:

1. All residents in male dormitory can apply for a parking permit. Each person can only apply for one parking permit per round. (Motorcycle or bicycle)
2. During the dispensing period, the floor manager will dispense the parking permit to each resident. Residents should show their Student ID card or personal identifications to prove their identity.
3. If residents do not get the parking permit from the floor manager, please go to service center on 10/5~9. Please pay attention to the office hours.
4. If residents miss the dates of taking the parking permit, the application will be canceled and released to other residents.
