    Public facilities include study lounges, reading rooms, television viewing rooms, sports equipment (billiards, table tennis, treadmill), drinking fountains, automatic washers & dryers (coin-operated), clothesline field, refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchen, air-conditioner add value machine and etc.
  • Room facilities:
    Room facilities include beds, closets, desks, folding chairs, internet ports, air-conditioner(IC card), shoes cabinets, lockers, etc.
  • Fire equipment:
    Fire equipment includes emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, escape sling and hydrant, etc.
  • By the end of the academic year, refund will be made for overcharge and payment will be expected on the excessive of power usage and water usage.
    After the end of the semester cleaning and property inspection, the qualifiers’ cleaning deposit and property deposit will be refunded by the end of the academic year.
  • At the end of the academic year, the Security Deposit for Cleaning will be refunded after the floor manager checks that the room is clean, otherwise it will be used as cleaning expenses for hiring cleaning worker.
  • The calculation method of electricity fee in the student dormitory is 4.8 NT$/TWD per kw/h.
  • The calculation method of water fee in the student dormitory is 22 NT$/TWD per 1000 liters.
