【轉知】臺中市政府衛生局提供慢性病宣導素材下載並鼓勵運用。【Notice】Chronic Disease Health Promotion Materials Provided by Taichung City Health Bureau – Download and Use.
一、為了幫助學生更懂得照顧自己，臺中市政府衛生局結合中央健康保險署「大家醫計畫」，並推廣「健康存摺App」，讓同學能找到合適的家庭醫師資源，隨時掌握個人健康狀況，進一步達到慢性病的有效管理與預防。
一、To help students take better care of themselves, the Taichung City Health Bureau has joined hands with the National Health Insurance Administration’s “Family Doctor for All” program and is promoting the “My Health Bank” app. These resources allow students to connect with family doctors, keep track of their personal health status anytime, and take proactive steps in preventing and managing chronic diseases.
