設立
宗旨

Purpose of Establishment

社團法人國立中興大學校友總會為鼓勵學子勤學向善，設立校友總會獎學金。
The Alumni Association of National Chung Hsing University, ROC (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") establishes these regulations to encourage students to pursue diligence and virtue in their studies.

申請資格

Eligibility Criteria

1.前一學期學業成績達70分以上，操行成績達80分以上。
An academic average of 70 or above and a conduct score of 80 or above in the previous semester.

2.家境清寒、政府登記之低收入戶。
Financially disadvantaged or registered as a low-income household.

3.家中收入因故銳減致生活困苦、遭重大變故亟需急難救助。
Significant reduction in family income due to unforeseen circumstances or major incidents.

4.優秀博士班清寒研究生出席國外研討會公開口頭發表論文。
Outstanding financially disadvantaged doctoral students presenting papers at international conferences.

Application Method

備齊所需文件至本校生輔組(惠蓀堂2樓)申請。

Submit the required documents to the Student Life Divisionat our university (2nd Floor, Hui-Sun Auditorium).

Required Documents

1.申請表。Application form

2.前一學期成績單。Transcript from the previous semester.

3.低收入戶證明(或清寒證明)+113年度家庭個人所得清單（含學生本人及父母）+ 3個月內戶籍謄本。Proof of low-income household status (or proof of financial hardship) and a list of personal income for the previous year (including the applicant and their parents).

4.家中收入因故銳減或遭重大變故需急難救助證明。Proof of significant reduction in family income due to unforeseen circumstances or major incidents.

5.研討會論文接受函及推薦函二封（內容須包含被推薦人的研究品質、外語能力、 被推薦人擬參加的國際會議之重要性，以及此國際會議對被推薦人的未來學術發展所產生之影響等）或其他相關有利佐證資料。
Conference paper acceptance letter and two recommendation letters (which should include the applicant's research quality, foreign language ability, the importance of the international conference to be attended, and the potential impact of the conference on the applicant's future academic development), or other relevant supporting documents.

◎第3至5項擇一申請。

◎獎學金將匯入獲獎者帳戶，並於校友總會每年會員大會進行公開表揚。
The scholarship funds will be transferred to the recipients' accounts, and the Alumni Association of National Chung Hsing University will hold a public recognition ceremony at a later date.

◎轉學生用前學校最後一學期成績單申請。
Transfer students should apply with their last semester's transcript from their previous school.

◎成績證明：註冊組的自動繳費列印機。Transcript: Available from the automatic payment printer at the Registration Office.

◎清寒證明：向戶籍地村里長申請。
Proof of financial disadvantage: Please submit a request to the Chief of the Village where your domicile is registered.

◎低收入戶證明：向戶籍地鄉鎮區公所申請。
Proof of low-income status: Request from the local township or district office in your registered household area

◎所得證明：請向各地區國稅局申請。Income and asset proof: Request from the local National Tax Bureau.
