        發現自己的潛能、打開新視角，用英文聊夢想、談未來，一起打造屬於你的職涯新藍圖！

   一、課程目標  (Course Objectives)   

        1. 同學將學會如何從不同視角審視個人職業選擇問題與挑戰，突破傳統思維侷限，進而激發新的職涯選擇與決策能力。

   2.  透過卡牌引導的互動練習，幫助學員重新認識自我認知與價值需求，發現自身潛在的優勢與成長機會，產出新的未來目標，進而在個人職涯發展與人際關係中取得平衡。

   3. 透過實作環節，學員能夠將新獲得的視角轉化為具體行動策略，提升在學業、職場或生活中的問題解決能力。

    4. 透過小組討論與互動分享，促使學員學習如何接納並整合多元意見，在團隊中有效運用各自的觀點，共同達成目標。

         This workshop empowers participants to examine their career challenges and decisions from new angles, breaking through conventional thinking and unlocking fresh    possibilities for career choices and decision-making.

         Through guided interactive exercises using Points of You® photo-based cards, participants will rediscover their self-awareness and value needs, uncover hidden            strengths and growth opportunities, and set new future-oriented goals. The process fosters a greater balance between career development and interpersonal relationships.

         By engaging in hands-on activities, learners will translate these new perspectives into concrete action strategies, enhancing their problem-solving abilities in academic,  workplace, and everyday contexts.

  Group discussions and peer sharing further support the integration of diverse viewpoints, encouraging participants to harness collective wisdom and achieve shared  goals.

  1、開啟觀點練習的旅程

     • 觀點Perspective的重要性

     • 工具介紹與使用說明     

  2、個人故事與多角度探索

     • 從「半滿杯子」到「半空杯子」故事探索與觀點交換

     • 分享與討論

  3、針對個人關注議題的多層次探索

     • 從過去、現況到未來三個面向，檢視議題背後的情感與邏輯。

     • 小組內互動分享與討論，互相啟發，形成更全面的問題認識。

  4、整合新視角，轉化為具體行動策略

         根據前述啟發，整理出具體可行的行動方案。

2. Personal storytelling and multi-angle exploration
   1. “Half-full glass” to “half-empty glass” – story exploration and perspective swapping
   2. Group sharing and discussion
3. Multi-layered exploration of personally relevant issues
   1. Examine emotional and logical layers across past, present, and future
   2. Group discussions to spark insight and broaden understanding
4. Integrating new perspectives into actionable strategies
   1. Develop specific, feasible action plans based on new insights
