      一、課程目標  (Course Objectives)                       

 1. 認識芳療職人的專業角色與工作內容

 2. 了解精油在日常防護與肌膚保養中的應用

 3. 學習防蚊噴霧與舒緩保濕噴霧的基礎配方與製作流程

 4. 建立正確、安全使用精油的觀念

 5. 啟發對芳香療法、天然保養與相關職涯的興趣      

          1. Understand the professional role and work content of aromatherapy practitioners

          2. Learn about the application of essential oils in daily protection and skincare

          3. Learn the basic formulas and production process for mosquito repellent sprays and soothing moisturizing sprays

          4. Establish correct and safe concepts for using essential oils

 二、課程大綱(Course Content)  

1. 理論基礎-精油及純露入門概念

  (1) 防蚊理論：蚊蟲為什麼怕精油

  (2) 時效性限制：防蚊為何需要補噴的必要性。

  (3) 保濕不只是噴水，皮膚的補水及鎖水。

    2. 驅蟲核心：介紹防蚊精油（香茅、檸檬尤加利等）及純露。

    3.乳化原理：解決油水不相容問題。

    4. 實作一：防蚊噴霧

  (1) 油與水的橋樑：乳化劑及精油使用的比例。

  (2) 添加防蚊純露及比例搭配

  (3) 測試噴頭細密度。

5. 實作二：舒緩保濕噴霧

  (1) 黃金比例：保濕成分解析

   (2) 安全且高效的鎖水方式。

        1. Theoretical Foundation – Essential Oils and Hydrosols: Introductory Concepts

        - (1) Mosquito repellent theory: Why mosquitoes fear essential oils

        - (2) Time-effectiveness limits: The necessity of reapplying mosquito repellent

        - (3) Moisturizing goes beyond just water spray; understanding skin hydration and moisture-locking

        2. Core Insect-Repelling Principles

           Introduction to mosquito-repellent essential oils (citronella, lemon eucalyptus, etc.) and hydrosols.

        3. Emulsification Principles: Solving the problem of oil and water incompatibility.

        4. Practical Exercise 1: Mosquito Repellent Spray

        - (1) Bridge between oil and water: Proportions of emulsifier and essential oil use

        - (2) Adding mosquito-repellent hydrosol and proportion matching

        - (3) Testing the fineness of the spray nozzle

       5. Practical Exercise 2: Soothing Moisturizing Spray

        - (1) Golden ratio: Analysis of moisturizing ingredients

        - (2) Safe and efficient methods for moisture-locking
