 在大學生活中，我們常在關係裡載浮載沉，一邊渴望連結，一邊又害怕失去自己。這次演講將帶領您從阿德勒心理學的視角出發，探索在人際互動中「如何與他人靠近，又不迷失自己」。透過溫和的對話與實用的練習，幫助您辨識界線、理解責任、照顧自我。在與他人同行的過程中，也不忘回到自己心中的位置，活出一個既有連結、也有自由的自我。

What You Can Expect from this Talk:
In college, relationships can feel like an ebb and flow—we long for connection yet fear losing ourselves. Grounded in Adlerian psychology, this talk explores how to draw close to others without abandoning your sense of self. Through gentle dialogue and practical exercises, you’ll learn to recognize boundaries, clarify responsibility, and practice self-care. As you walk alongside others, you’ll also learn to return to your own center—living in a way that is both connected and free.
