注意事項(Notice)：

1.活動錄取與否依報名優先順序，需至少找齊6名成員(含導師)，並填寫完報名表，收到健諮中心的回覆後，才算完成報名。
1.Admission to the event will be based on the order of registration. At least 6 members (including mentors) must be found, the registration form must be filled out, and a reply from the Health Counseling Center must be received before the registration is considered complete.

2.請於報名表單排序想參與的密室主題，活動安排依健諮中心收到的報名順序為主。
2.Please sort the escape room themes you wish to participate in on the registration form. The activity arrangement will be based on the order of registrations received by the Health Counseling Center.

3.當天中午提供餐盒讓同學享用。
3. Lunch boxes will be provided for students to enjoy at noon that day.

4.再次提醒！此為導生活動，每一組別皆需要有至少一名導師參與。若活動當天導師無法出席，則取消該組別活動資格。
