➤活動簡介Activity introduction:
在陪伴他人的路上,我們常努力成為撐住別人的那個人,卻很少停下來問問自己:「我還好嗎?」當長時間承接他人的痛苦與情緒,陪伴者也需要一個可以放下角色、好好照顧自己的空間。 本工作坊以「先穩住自己」為出發點,透過溫和的藝術體驗與交流分享,引導參與者覺察內在感受,讓情緒有機會被看見與安放。在創作與陪伴的過程中,慢慢與自己重新連結,為心補充力量。 當我們學會好好照顧自己,也能更穩定地站在陪伴他人的位置上,不孤單地走在守護生命的路上。
On the journey of supporting others, we often try our best to be the one who holds everything together. Yet we rarely pause to ask ourselves, “Am I doing okay?” When we continuously hold space for others’ pain and emotions, those who care for others also need a place where they can gently set down their roles and take care of themselves.
This workshop begins with the idea of “grounding ourselves first.” Through gentle art-based experiences and guided sharing, participants will be invited to notice their inner feelings and give their emotions a space to be seen and held. In the process of creating and reflecting together, we reconnect with ourselves and restore the energy within.
When we learn to care for ourselves, we are better able to stand steadily beside others—walking the path of protecting and supporting life, not alone.
