配合本校115學年度新生入學報到作業，115學年度新生入學健康檢查相關事項調整如下：
To align with the admission schedule for the 2026–2027 academic year, the arrangements for the New Student Health
     Examination have been revised as follows:
 一、到校健檢預約時間調整 115學年度新生到校健康檢查採線上預約制，預約期間調整如下：
 一、Adjustment to the On-Campus Health Examination Reservation Period，The on-campus health examination is
         by online  reservation only.
        1.預約期間：2026年8月10日（星期一）至2026年8月18日（星期二） 請新生務必於預約期間內完成預約，以利安排健檢
                時段。
        1.Reservation Period: August 10, 2026 (Monday) – August 18, 2026 (Tuesday)
           All new students are required to complete their online reservation within the designated period to secure  an examination
           time slot.
        2.逾期未完成預約者，將無法選擇到校健檢時段，僅能於健檢當日現場排隊候檢，等候時間將視現場報到情形而定。

        2.Students who fail to make a reservation before the deadline will not be able to select an examination time  slot and must 
           register   on-site on the examination day.Please note that waiting times will depend on the  number of students present.

 二、健康檢查費用說明
 二、 Health Examination Fee
        1.115學年度新生入學健康檢查由衛生福利部臺中醫院承辦，健康檢查費用如下：
        1.The 2026–2027 New Student Health Examination is provided by Taichung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare.
        2.健檢費用：每人新臺幣715元整。 費用由學生於健康檢查當日自行負擔，並於惠蓀堂1樓衛生福利部臺中醫院收費櫃檯
                完成繳費。
        2.Health Examination Fee: NT$715 per student.The examination fee shall be paid by the student on the day of the 
          examination   at the payment counter operated by Taichung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, located on 
          the 1st Floor of   Huisun Hall. 
        3.凡於115學年度本校合約醫院辦理新生入學健康檢查者，健檢費用均為新臺幣715元整，收費標準一致。
         3.Students who choose to complete their health examination at the University's designated contract hospital   during  the 
            2026–2027 academic year will also be charged  NT$715, with the same fee applying to all  examination locations.

       1.請新生依公告時程完成到校健檢預約，以利後續健康檢查及健康資料建置作業。
       1.Please complete your online reservation within the announced period to facilitate health examination scheduling

         and the establishment of your student health records.
       2.如無法於到校健檢期間參與健康檢查，可於規定期限內自行前往本校115學年度合約醫院辦理新生健康檢查。
       2.Students who are unable to attend the on-campus health examination may complete their health examination at the
         University's designated contract hospital within the specified period.
       3.有關健康檢查相關資訊及最新公告，請隨時至國立中興大學健康及諮商中心網站查詢，以掌握最新消息。
