【重要訊息】114學年度身心障礙學生交通費申請通知 Application for Transportation Subsidy for Students with Disabilities – Academic Year 2025 (114th Academic Year)
※申請條件：
1. 具學籍，並領有身心障礙證明文件 Enrolled student with Disability card
2. 未於學校住宿 Not living in school accommodation
3. 身心障礙類別及程度達無法自行上下學 The category and severity of the physical and/or mental disability are such that the individual is unable to commute to and from school independently.
※準備資料：
1. 交通費補助申請表（請洽資源教室）Application Form (Please contact the Resource Room)
2. 身心障礙證明正、反面影本 Copy of the front and back of Disability card
※申請期限：
即日起至114年 9 月 22日止（逾期恕不受理），
請將上列資料備妥，繳交至健康及諮商中心資源教室（惠蓀堂 1 樓），
